If you are on windows could use my gui that auto create a generic cue for iso file format or for bin without respective cue (expect no audio on many games), it also convert ecm file into a format compatible with mednafen. There is a topic that explain the reason to remove physical CD support but in this compuer era i think not more user use physical CD. The game uses a screwy track layout which ends up being destroyed if you convert to iso. The only way Nights will work is if you convert to a bin/cue format.
